This person likely sells an average of 36 homes a year currently and has been selling Real Estate for, at least, the past 3 years.

Some of the responsibilities of this role as Director of Sales:
- *Hit established Sales division goal metrics
- *Train and Coach agents to a targeted average of not less than 3 escrows monthly
- *Recruit/Attract agents onto the team
- *Teach/speak in the office to promote a stronger presence and attracting more talent
- *Manage the numbers of the team with daily action trackers
- *Provide action plans and accountability as needed with Agents
- *Work with division heads to ensure production services are being done
- *Create a culture of FUN and excitement

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
