What will you be doing?
As a Customer Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Care team by handling high-volume inbound calls. Your exceptional multitasking skills will be put to the test as you navigate through multiple systems and screens, ensuring efficient and accurate customer interactions.

  • Customer Service Experience: You have recent experience in customer service, with a preference for at least 1 year of call center experience. Your track record of providing exceptional service demonstrates your ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Multitasking Abilities: You thrive in dynamic environments and possess excellent multitasking skills. You are capable of leveraging critical thinking, conducting research and providing resolutions promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Data Entry Skills: Your attention to detail and accurate data entry skills enable you to maintain precise records and deliver reliable information to customers.
