Elevate Infrastructure is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our growing sales operations. This role is perfect for a driven, technical-minded individual who thrives at the intersection of engineering and business development. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and engineering process by reading and interpreting construction contract documents, coordinating preliminary designs, and assisting with project estimates.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and engineering processes. By helping to analyze project documents, develop estimates, and coordinate preliminary designs, you will ensure our team is well-positioned to win and execute projects efficiently. What You’ll Do:
- Support the Sales Team by reviewing and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Assist in preliminary design coordination and help prepare technical proposals for clients.
- Work closely with the estimating team to develop accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Manage and maintain internal sales tracking systems, databases, and documentation to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategy and business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or anticipated graduation) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engineering plans & specifications.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
