POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Specialist is a unique position requiring a broad call center sales background with heavy emphasis on outbound sales. Key factors for this position are not only sales aptitude and comfort with cold calling, but also being a problem solver, continuous learner, and great collaborator. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be highly self-motivated with a passion and aptitude for business-to-business sales.

AREA OF FOCUS

All other duties as assigned, plus…

  • Cold calling and conducting information sessions and correspondence with prospective customers
  • Processing enrollments
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to prospective customers
  • Entering, updating and reviewing data and records
  • Ensuring enrollments are completely correctly and the required support materials have been provided
  • Collecting information and qualifying customers for products and services
  • Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes and policies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

  • Experience or eagerness to learn B2B selling
  • Ability to break down complex solutions into easy-to-understand concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to accurately track and record data with high level of attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage time in order to achieve personal, departmental, and company goals.
  • Experience with training program creation and teaching/delivering training materials.
  • Ability to identify and document enhancements to the sales process.

The compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $20.44 ($42,500k per year) plus unlimited commission and an annual bonus.
