Job Description
- Minimum 4 years of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience.
- Candidate must have strong reach into professional and high net worth clients.
- They will need to possess strong business development and relationship management skills with proven experience in prospecting, sales, and referring to other lines of business.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Good track record increasing, maintaining, and improving the quality of the deposit and lending portfolio.
- Experience with creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles.
- Basic Credit Training preferred with the ability to analyze credit documents.
- Experience preparing and making client presentations.
- Good analytical skills including legal and financial document review, and strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
