Job Description

KioSoft Technologies LLC. (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware/software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, Coffee, Amusement, Car Wash and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.


The company's strength lies in its ability to provide a comprehensive blend of superior technology and customized software solutions. These range from the most basic machine interfaces to custom applications to branding to complex networking solutions.


We are currently looking for two (2) highly motivated Junior Sales Managers to join our team in the USA. This role will support Sales Managers with managing commercial laundry accounts, assist with closing sales, aid in customer relationship development, etc. New grads with little to no experience are welcome to apply. We will provide training.


This position has the potential to grow into a true Sales Manager position.


This will be a hybrid position with the US office located in Boynton Beach, FL.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to answer questions or provide product recommendations, sharing potential leads with other sales professionals
  • In this role you will be expected to develop and manage on-going customer relationships and work with all levels of stakeholders within the client’s organization by building rapport and becoming a “trusted advisor”
  • Ensure production levels are able to meet demand
  • Demonstrate the aptitude to develop new business from referred sales leads and organic efforts.
  • The ability to demonstrate a consultative sales approach, with the ability to drive the process with the decision maker and close the sale.
  • Be willing to work with long sales cycle projects.
  • Ability to communicate KioSoft Technologies business value of our product solutions and services to the client base.
  • Diligent tracking of your sales forecast and ability to provide detailed reporting to KioSoft Technologies leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn
  • High-energy attitude
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Strong customer relationship/service skills;
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Time management skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service considered an asset
  • Ability to travel across North America
