Wyndham Garden is looking for a Director of Sales for their Tallahassee hotel.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

- Proven experience in hotel sales
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a sales team and drive performance
