Your New Adventure
As the Senior Sales Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with our General Manager, formulating and executing innovative sales strategies that will maximize our hotel revenues. Not only that, but you'll also be instrumental in establishing our hotel as a market leader, surpassing set goals by implementing well-crafted action plans. Besides, you'll be the face of our hotel, fostering long-term business relationships and ensuring we're a respected entity in the community.

Whether it's designing appealing offers for our guests or coordinating with our branding team on key account programs, your role will be pivotal in driving both our business development and sales results. You'll also manage the hotel's sales and marketing to attain optimal occupancy and revenue, exceeding our profit objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enticing offers and packages for guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Map out the hotel’s sales activities plan.
- Analyze sales results to ensure targets are being met.
- Oversee effective Sales operations.
- Prepare contracts aligning with current business and price conditions.
- Work with our revenue manager on offers, options, and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, conferences, and seminars.
- Prospect and acquire new accounts while retaining existing ones to meet or exceed sales forecasts.
- Adapt tactics to match customers' growth patterns and travel needs.
- Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, advertising, public relations, marketing, and sales plans.
Your Winning Traits
With 2+ years of senior-level sales experience in the hotel industry, you're equipped with advanced knowledge of sales/hospitality principles and practices. You're a savvy negotiator, able to convince, sell, and influence professionals and hotel guests. You must be flexible to travel and work according to business needs. A passion for sales and a background in selling to multiple market segments will be your keys to success in this role. Familiarity with the San Jose market and Hampton Brand experience are added bonuses.
