As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, and account management
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant recommendations
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
