Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Duties: Sponsorships, Vendorsm, Charities, & Volunteers
- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to attract new sponsors/vendors and retain existing ones
- Identify and target potential sponsors/vendors through telemarketing, business development, and outbound calling
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both parties
- Utilize technical sales skills to present sponsorship opportunities effectively
- Collaborate with management team to meet sponsorship revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sponsor interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software

-Secure, train and oversee volunteers for each event

-Work with Charities for seleccted events and ensure mutual benefits for both parties

Experience:
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, inside sales, or related field
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- Knowledge of the sponsorship landscape and trends

This position also requires having a Director role during race weekends
