Angevaare Mazda is Canada’s longest standing, family owned Mazda dealership and is known for its friendly no pressure environment and expert level of service.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing a new client base as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

This position is located at 1428 Lansdowne St. W. Peterborough, Ontario. It is a full-time position that will require working Saturdays and evenings.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a superior salesforce representing one of our most decorated line-ups in recent history. This is a pay for performance role with an uncapped commission plan. This is your chance to spread the word about all Mazda vehicles have to offer!

Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers, qualify and offer knowledgeable advice and service
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities
Maintain contact with existing client base
Pre and Post sale administration
Achieve pre-determined monthly targets

Required Skills and Experience:

Sales experience in the automotive sector is preferred
Ability to decipher and explain the difference between features and benefits
Ability to compare Mazda’s vehicles to those of the competition and highlight where Mazda outdoes the competition, making them the award-winning vehicles they are.
A self starter with tenacity and an outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Class G* permanent provincial driver's *license.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
OMVIC Certification.
