Account Manager
Who we are looking for:
OUR MISSION
The responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervise and manage day to day security operations assigned client site
- Manage assigned security team (security officers, dispatchers and/or lead dispatchers)
- Responsible for hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and professional development of assigned security workforce.
- Ensure contract compliance and that our client is provided with exceptional security service
- Ensure all required reporting requirements are met.
- Develop, implement and enforce Post Orders / SOP
- Respond to emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Actively acknowledge everyone with a friendly greeting and/or identify visitors in order to provide directions, and information pertaining to the area
- Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account
- Submit concise reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Monitor and report any unusual activities,
- Able to de-escalate and/or handle tense situations (e.g. disgruntled persons, disruptive behavior, redirect and reduce homelessness off property, etc..)
Who we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have Security Experience
- Knowledgeable of basic HR policies
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Has a current valid CA Guard Card
- Must have a CA Drivers License
