About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, curious, and collaborative Customer Success Lead Architect to manage our customers through the post-sale process. You will own customer relationships, improve onboarding + implementation processes, and ensure customers are receiving value to guarantee renewal of their contracts. As an early member of the customer success team, you will be given the opportunity to creatively solve our customers' problems, work cross-functionally with Tailorbird`s leadership team, and build the engine that will drive our growth!
This role is Hybrid in the U.S.
You`ll get to:
- Partner with leaders to build the customer success function and develop efficient processes to deliver value to our customers.
- Develop and own the technical onboarding and implementation processes for key property management system integrations such as Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams on Tailorbird`s roadmap based on customer feedback and expansion opportunities.
- Project manage across product and engineering to run effective UAT testing and training sessions with customers ahead of company-wide implementations.
We`re looking for:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience managing onboarding, implementation, and/or integration projects with an emphasis on PMO discovery.
- Curiosity for understanding our customers and desire to find solutions.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
