Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Outside Sales Consultant who will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers by helping them form a comprehensive plan for their HVAC system through planned maintenance, equipment, and accessory sales and facilitating the execution of sold projects.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, weekends and overtime as needed

Pay Scale: 100% commission with uncapped earnings. We are looking for somebody that is very driven and wants to succeed in sales and have leads to support a $2 - $3 million sales capacity which means at 10% commission that's $200k - $300k annually.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • 2 years of in-home HVAC sales
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand all aspects of HVAC systems (ducting, structural, electrical, and mechanical
  • Ability to run room by room and block heat loss calculations using software such as Wrightsoft, Adtech, CoolCalc, etc.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
