Our team at J&K Roofing is looking for a motivated professional to provide support to our sales manager. This person will play an important role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

J&K Roofing is a locally owned Colorado roofing and exterior contractor that's been in business for 40 years. We are a recognizable brand, with great reviews, and a reputation for providing value and innovative solutions to our customers. Our foundation is based on customer service, attention to detail, and taking care of each other. We are looking to add members to our team that can carry out our core values.

General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with the Sales Manager to support the sales team and our customers

Contact customers with information regarding their project

Documenting all information in our CRM

Contact Sales Team and Management with information about job status

Phone conversations with Sales Team, Customers, and Management

Creating documents and spreadsheets to sort information for Management

Team Player

Position Requirements:

· Strong customer service and phone skills are a must to be successful in this position.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email accounts management.

· CRM experience is required.

· Customer service skills and problem-solving.

· Provide an excellent customer experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and written skills needed. Must be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone, and email.

· Accuracy and reliability are very important.

· Spreadsheet knowledge and the ability to manage spreadsheets is required.

· Additional office support as needed.

· Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.

· Ability to provide communication that is professional, simple, and in line with J&K Roofing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
