As a part of our pre-employment process, applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

This position is responsible for playing matchmaker between customer and RV, delivering a high-quality, personable experience. This individual is also responsible for providing the best sales experience to each and every customer that walks through our door, every time. We are the first people our highly valued clients see and the main point of contact at all times. We will ensure we provide a better experience than our competition while always being the most knowledgeable about product statewide. Through daily disciplines and weekly training, we will ensure we are running at peak performance to fulfill our obligation to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
This role reports to the Sales Manager.


  • Opening the lot thirty minutes prior to dealership opening; weather dependent.
  • Completing tasks, following up with leads ensuring the communication with customers from the week/day prior.
  • If you have deliveries make sure you know what time so you can greet them at the door and be their liaison on day of delivery
  • Being aware of new units arriving daily and walk the lot regularly ensuring your being up-to-date on the status of inventory
  • Keeping desk and Sales area clean and organized - personalization is to be kept to a minimum.
  • Being attentive to customers coming in the building including being ready to help with any situation even if it is not a Sales up.
  • Begin closing up for the evening fifteen minutes prior to closing as long as customers are not in the building. Ensure all units are locked and secure before leaving the dealership.
