Job Description
We are a growing solar and home improvement company in Roseville looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our marketing department. Offering part time hours totaling 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday with minimum of 1 Saturday, 4 hour shift, required per month.
```Duties:```
- Conduct cold and warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development efforts
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Hourly based on experience.
