Launchpad Opportunity
Our three year management training program is designed with growth in mind. This position does not require previous insurance or management experience but does require an entrepreneurship or teamwork mentality.
You cannot manage what you don’t know so each person will start by learning our insurance business at the base level. We teach you everything from how to make recommendations based on medical conditions for clients as well as day to day operations of an agency.
There are eight different levels of management, and each person can determine their own timeline or path to the next steps. The basic training of 90 days is required for each new person to our company, the additional training takes place over the remainer of the three years of the management training program.

Pay: $46,228.80 - $55,673.40 per year
