Job Description
Camelot’s Facilities Account Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate operations and functionalities of commercial facilities and buildings. The Facilities Account Manager works with Facility Management teams to deliver the expected service levels and ensure accurate financial performance meets account goals. The Facilities Account Manager will ensure effective processes are in place and that best-in-class facilities management services are delivered on a continuous basis.
· This position will ensure facility management services are delivered consistently, within adherence to each contract’s terms and delivered with a high degree of excellence.
· Drive superior performance through excellent people management.
· Work with facility management teams to deliver the expected service levels, ensuring work orders are completed within the SLA time frames, assigned personnel are managed effectively, safety standards are consistently followed, periodic site visits are performed to ensure safety protocols are followed and site inspections are performed, and safety levels are met continuously.
o Ensure delivery of KPI targets and safety standards are consistently met at all assigned sites.
o Ensures all reporting and SLAs are consistently delivered on time, meeting or exceeding contracted KPI’s.
o Monitor work order completion to ensure its timely, efficient and meets budgeted expense expectations.
o Oversee training assigned to team members for timely completion and certificates of completion.
o Promote and maintain a safety-first culture ensuring safety standards and practices are consistently delivered across each assignment.
· Ensure financial performance meets contract level standards.
· Engage with assigned clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
· Conduct regular strategic client meetings to explore additional business services and/or renewing of contracts.
· Develop and successfully role out industry best practices, assisting with the standardization of processes across each assigned account, and deliver best in class Facilities Management services.
· Oversee and/or develop annual budgets, working with facility teams to ensure all necessary expenses and capital items are captured.
· Review monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports with clients.
· On a strategic level, engage with the clients and provide recommendations for capital planning on their assets.
· Provide a high level of communication with clients and team members.
· Focus on expansion of business with existing clients, while driving new business as well.
· Engage with facility team members to drive savings initiatives.
· Travel is required for this position. Mostly quarterly.
· Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and minimum 5 years related experience in commercial facility management in a managerial or leadership position.
· Strong analytical skills are required.
· Proven successful leadership experience in people and facilities management.
· Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
· Ability to travel on average 15% - 20% of the time.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
· Valid driver’s license along with safe driving record and auto insurance.
