Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team. This role is essential to our continued growth and commitment to excellence. As a sales manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building, mentoring, and motivating a sales team while driving revenue through personal and team contributions.
*NOTE*: You will not be handed a team to lead from the beginning. You will be expected to build your team and you will be given the resources to do so. This will allow you the freedom to develop your team's unique culture from the very beginning and hand select who you would like to be part of it.
Pay Structure: We have a very generous pay structure for sales managers. In addition to earning your normal sales commissions on deals you close(Self Gen: 10/50/50 - Market Lead: 20/40/60), you’ll also receive a 5% override on your team's combined gross profit.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, develop, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Drive revenue growth by fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Recruit and onboard new sales talent, ensuring each team member is fully equipped for success.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including monitoring sales activities and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate to implement new sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
- Set clear objectives and hold the team accountable for results, creating a motivational environment.
- Report on team performance and forecast revenue to company leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales, with a background in team leadership or management.
- Strong understanding of the DFW area’s roofing and construction market.
- Strong understanding of the insurance process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team toward ambitious goals.
- Experience using CRM tools and other sales software to drive efficiency and accountability.

Pay: $79,371.00 - $92,319.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
