Established in 1999, KING KONG PRODUCTION VEHICLES (KKPV) has been a trailblazer in the luxury trailer rental industry, specializing in the creation of user-friendly trailers for celebrities, on-screen talent, and production personnel. Our offerings include Production Trailers, Star Trailers, Photo Motorhomes, and other motorhomes/trailers tailored for feature films, television, commercials, and photography shoots and events.

#setlife, our sister company, launched in 2016, extends production supplies, walkie-talkies, and trucks, primarily catering to our existing KKPV client base. While operating as distinct entities, KKPV Inc. and Setlife Inc. collaborate seamlessly to provide clients with a convenient one-stop-shop for on-location or on-set shoot necessities.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking Sales Assistants to contribute to the efficient management of our day-to-day sales operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, precision, accountability, strong customer relations, and clear communication abilities. The ideal candidate is a dependable and skilled multitasker dedicated to meeting deadlines consistently. Reporting to our CEO and a seasoned 25-year industry veteran sales manager, you'll have the opportunity to make suggestions that will be heard and benefit from an excellent mentorship experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with clients to ensure timely completion of agreements and paperwork.
  • Conduct 10-20 client calls per day.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Successful candidates will possess:

  • Experience in administrative duties.
  • Prior experience in client interactions via phone, email, etc.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
