Job Title: PacLease Account Manager

Job Overview:

The PacLease Account Manager will be responsible for increasing rental and leasing sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales ability to grow rental and lease sales, increase profitability and improve Return on Assets.

This position may need to travel from various dealership locations from Bakersfield, Porterville, and Fresno.

Salary: $120,000 + annually (base + unlimited commission)

Key Responsibilities:

  • SALES GROWTH: Identify new business opportunities through developing strategies to increase rental and lease truck sales. Work alongside the rental operations to ensure equipment is available. Create competitive proposals to contend in the truck rental and lease market.
  • CUSTOMER RETENTION: Develop and maintain relationships to retain current customer satisfaction. Ensure customer service is provided by effectively handling customer complaints and staying abreast of customer needs and longstanding truck rental and lease objectives.
  • ADMINISTRATION: Proposal and contract development, maintain customer files, follow-up correspondence and coordination with other departments. Administration-credit approval, collections of receivables, maintenance-PM status and updates of schedules. Compliance with company procedures and diplomatically work with collections of past due receivables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or previous sales experience
  • Experience and Knowledge of the trucking industry
