Job Description: Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes to potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts
  • Engage in prospecting activities such as cold-calling, trade associations and inactive customer lists from the ERP.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries before the end of day.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Generator Sales or Electrical background
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
