Job Description: Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts
- Engage in prospecting activities such as cold-calling, trade associations and inactive customer lists from the ERP.
- Respond to all customer inquiries before the end of day.
- Develop and implement channel strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities.
- Experience in Generator Sales or Electrical background
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
