Summary: Seeking an Inside Sales Manager with a nuclear industry background to lead sales strategies, client relationship management, and team development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years of sales experience in high technology or related field.
- Knowledge of radiation detection and the nuclear industry.
- Proficiency in fundamental and technical sales skills.
- Familiarity with government and commercial procurement processes.
- Expertise in managing sales activities and driving business growth.
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
- Technical acumen to quickly learn Mirion equipment and customer applications.
- Capable of recommending solutions, operating, and demonstrating equipment.
- Ability to work well within a team and build effective relationships across departments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to participate in conferences and meetings at various levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong client relationships for consistent satisfaction with services provided.
- Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for revenue generation.
- Lead the team by providing feedback, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
- Communicate customer feedback internally to promote a customer-centric approach.
- Enhance sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct training sessions to develop the team's skills and product knowledge further.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform market research to identify trends and generate leads alongside marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation through CRM systems; prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate across functions with marketing, support groups, etc., aligning with business objectives. Participate in relevant workshops or committees for organizational coordination. Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
