Advertising Sales Director
Remote ( San Jose)
As the Sales Director for Digital Media and Advertising, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and deliver exceptional results. Leveraging your expertise in digital media and advertising, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and develop customized solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
9. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
10. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
