  • Guide, coach, and inspire the sales force to exceed sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales metrics to ensure compliance with established practices and standards, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage a spirit of competition and cooperation within the team to maximize motivation and cohesion.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to capitalize on sales promotion and advertising opportunities.
  • Manage inventory efficiently, overseeing stock levels and vehicle sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, thereby bolstering brand loyalty and enhancing our market reputation.
  • Uphold strict adherence to both industry regulations and organizational policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
