Position Summary:
The National Sales Lead will spearhead our sales initiatives across the country, structuring and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and help scale our eCommerce channel by bringing in subdistributors. This role is for a high-performing individual with a track record in contracting or home improvement sales, ideally within a fast-paced, aggressive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve national revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, homeowners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities within the home improvement market.
  • Increase Sales in eCommerce Channel: Boost our eCommerce sales by attracting and onboarding subdistributors.
  • Provide consultative sales expertise to guide clients in choosing the best spray foam insulation supplies for their projects.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to align on product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Analyze market trends, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

Hard Skills:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in contracting, especially in fast-paced home improvement services.
  • Sales Expertise: Familiarity with aggressive and rapid sales tactics, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Spray Foam Insulation Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in spray foam insulation supplies is ideal but not mandatory.
