Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our roofing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and project management, with the ability to pivot quickly and identify customer needs effectively.

Duties

  • Knock on doors, make cold calls, network with people.
  • Get on roofs, complete full property inspections, inside and out, of the property.
  • Meet with insurance adjustors.
  • Take clear and precise photos to submit as proof of damage to the home for reimbursement.
  • BE ON TIME OR EARLY!
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Be a self motivated person.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, in their homes, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with B2C customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Read weather maps and identify affected areas to target.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices in sales, customer engagement and project management.
  • Update CRM with photos and after every interaction with the clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with aN understanding of B2c environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in inside sales and direct sales methodologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess property conditions and customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in managing projects from conception through execution is highly desirable.
  • Ability to conduct engaging client interviews that resonate with the homeowner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive presentations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
