Our client, a leader in the medical device industry has engaged with us exclusively to hire a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Sales Manager to work closely with independent representatives to expand and grow its business throughout the western US. Preferably based in Dallas, the successful candidate will enjoy the challenges of a fast paced, customer-focused organization.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience selling into hospitals and physician groups, understand the healthcare delivery system including buy & bill, distribution models, IDN, and GPO. A proven track record of increasing market share is imperative. Candidates should hold a BS degree in Business or a related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
