Summary:
The Account Manager position is a mid-level position. Primary responsibilities include being an expert in the day to day operations of their primary account. They manage all aspects of their assigned accounts. Perform tasks as required by Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties of the Program Manager include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Actively listen to our customer inquiries to deliver an overwhelming sense of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, track, and maintain log of all quotations for primary account.
- Track all contract reviews for primary account to ensure proper launch timing and implementation.
- Maintain new business forecast for their assigned accounts.
- Review and enter purchase orders and material releases.
- Make limited sales calls on assigned accounts
- Interact with external customer websites and programs.
- Review and coordinate all changes to material pricing programs.
- Communicate customer requirements throughout Ramco.
- Facilitate and disperse customer operational requirements to appropriate Ramco departments.
- Internal order expediting, both prototype and production.
- Complete additional tasks or projects as directed by Management.
- Must be familiar with the requirements of and comply with TS16949.
- Abide by the guidelines and embrace the principles of the Ramco employee manual.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Experience in the fastener industry or related industry required.
- Experience with inside sales or customer service required.
- Experience with the requirements of the automotive and/or heavy truck industries a plus.
