Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $70,400 to $88,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the health benefits industry as an account manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- BONUS! GBA or CEBS designation will be considered an asset

- Support Group Benefit Consultants in effectively managing, servicing, and retaining an assigned block of group client accounts from initial contract phase to the post-sale service and renewal phase of the client relationship
- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
- Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
- Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
- Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads
- Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
- Always uphold a client-first focus through the claims process
- Market surveys on new and existing groups
- Mentor and train coordinators
