Job Description
Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for asset owners, general contractors, and facilities managers. The world’s most admired organizations — including Skanska, Merck, and Bond Brothers — use Highwire to ensure their contractors and subcontractors deliver great work, on budget and on schedule, by collaborating with them to dynamically mitigate safety, financial, quality, and sustainability risks during capital projects and facilities maintenance. In 2021, Highwire raised a $96 million investment led by the growth equity firm Summit Partners. Highwire is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, with a second office in Boise, ID.
Your mission:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to guide your clients toward mastering the Highwire platform. You’ll help them implement EHS best practices, provide in-depth training, and ultimately turn them into passionate advocates for Highwire.
What you'll do:
- Make Clients Successful: Help clients navigate onboarding, solve issues quickly, and offer training tailored for everyone—from end users to decision-makers.
- Deepen Product Adoption: Build strong relationships with project managers, safety officers, and executives. Uncover opportunities for them to unlock more value through additional modules and features.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to find upsell opportunities and align our solutions with evolving client needs.
- Get On-Site: Visit clients in person to strengthen relationships, provide support, and identify new ways they can succeed with Highwire.
Who you are:
- Industry Expert: You have experience with construction safety, SDI, and financial prequalification, either from an insurance agency, general contractor, asset owner, or software company.
- Trusted Advisor: You align product solutions with client goals and act as a strategic partner, not just an order taker.
- Resilient & Clear Communicator: You handle pressure with poise, set boundaries, and communicate effectively to inspire trust.
- Curious Learner: You love exploring new technologies and digging into your client’s business to uncover opportunities.
- Organized Multitasker: You manage multiple projects smoothly, prioritize on the fly, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You quickly master new tools, troubleshoot issues, and help clients do the same.
Benefits:
Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees. Best part? You’ll be eligible on day one.
- 401k. We offer a 401k and a 3% company contribution (even better than a match) to help you get ready to retire no matter how far off that seems.
- Parental leave. We take care of new parents by offering paid time off for births, adoptions, and fostering.
- Flexible PTO. Our culture of trust and measurement means there’s no limit on time off, just an expectation of performance.
- Mentorship. Our office-based culture fosters meaningful learning, growth, and mentorship for our team.
