Amada Senior Care of Greater Milwaukee is a multi-million dollar operation providing in-home care to our private pay clients. We are seeking a sales specialist to respond to high-value clients seeking assisted daily living in their place of residence.
This is both an in-house plus field sales position that uses consultative selling and requires face-to-face visits with seniors at their place of residence. You are to assess seniors’ care needs with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism that results in a signed service contract. Working in concert with our business development director, you will respond to in-home senior care inquiries from all prospective clients and be responsible for meeting minimum leads to service conversion targets by signing up new clients for service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their care needs and preferences resulting in a service contract with personalized care plan for each new client
- Coordinate with company Schedulers of caregivers to ensure that all shifts are staffed appropriately
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients and their families to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Job Requirements:
- General understanding of in-home, non-medical senior care needs is a plus, but not required
- A passion for senior care and client service
- A desire to take a leadership role in growing the business
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes
- College degree in social work, healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years of closely related experience in field sales or business development

Salary: From $50k base salary + bonus plan; negotiable based on your proven track record
