Job Description
Scrubs on Wheels is seeking a high-achieving District Manager to act as the key link between the senior management and assigned district mobile stores. You will help store managers stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customer relations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership and management skills, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate. (bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 2-3 years of managing multiple locations.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district.
- Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed mobile sales managers that will maintain profit margin and implement business plan.
- Ensure sales manager understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards.
- Visit each store regularly to perform productivity audits, provide leadership, make recommendations, train, and motivate staff on how to improve performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide updates on district's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively across the organization, share best practices, ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization.
Experience:
- The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in profit loss management and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in project management and overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Previous experience supervising multiple locations or districts.
