In our high-volume call center environment, we need that level of professionalism to ensure the quality and customer satisfaction that K. Hovnanian is known for.

Right now, we need someone who will coordinate the entire process of repair work with our Homeowner Service Team. You will receive requests for service or information from homeowners via phone, email or other written communication and input these requests into our Homeowner Service software system. In addition, you will schedule evaluation appointments with homeowners and Homeowner Service Managers, assign service requests, generate Homeowner Service reports and maintain/update information in our Homeowner Service software system.

To join our team in this role, you must have a background in warranty services, construction, property management, customer service experience, hotel management, service provider, account coordinator, client relations, service advisor. Emotional intelligence including the ability to remain constant when faced with challenging situations required. Strong auditing and problem solving skills required. Ability to remain organized while shifting between various projects and responsibility required. Computer proficiency is essential with experience utilizing MS Outlook, Word and Basic Excel, a must. PowerPoint a plus.
