Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Business Development & Sales at Stitch It Alterations and Dry Cleaning, you will lead efforts to establish and grow profitable partnerships with new corporate clients across North America. This role centers on driving strategic growth by leveraging our core services of alterations and dry cleaning, complemented by our global SaaS product designed for online shopping and size recommendations. You will drive our strategic direction by anticipating market trends, shaping product development, and forging strategic partnerships. All decisions should be made with the following guidelines:

Strategic Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the alterations, dry cleaning, and SaaS sectors.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing our traditional services and innovative SaaS solution to provide unparalleled value in online shopping and size recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies across both traditional services and digital products, particularly focusing on e-commerce enhancements and customer experience improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and client satisfaction, ensuring seamless integration of our traditional services with our innovative SaaS solution.
  • Monitor sales metrics across services and digital products, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving market demands.

Marketing & Digital Strategy:

  • Lead marketing initiatives for our SaaS platform, specifically targeting enhancements in online shopping and size recommendations, assessing impact and optimizing engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across both our traditional services and digital offerings.
  • Develop a robust digital content strategy to promote our alterations, dry cleaning services, and SaaS solutions, enhancing online presence and driving customer acquisition.

Additional Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Other duties as required and assigned.
  • Regular travel required.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in strategic sales roles, with a strong experience in retail, fashion, eCommerce, or technology-related fields, including software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills, coupled with robust analytical capabilities, to effectively engage clients and partners, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of eCommerce strategies, digital marketing, and software solutions. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Suite and digital analytics tools, with the ability to convey complex trends and strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and present trends both internally and externally, crafting strategies that align with evolving market demands and technological advancements.
