Clark Equipment Rental & Sales is a trusted provider of construction equipment. With almost 20 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a staple in Syracuse's construction and heavy equipment business. Our old-fashioned yet adaptable approach to business has allowed us to successfully serve thousands of customers around the globe.

We have a great support team in place, and are trying to add a few more positive, upbeat key players that we can get to that next level with and crush it.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Territory Sales Leader at Clark Equipment Rental & Sales. The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in Syracuse, NY, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not necessary.

Compensation:

Base salary, but primarily commission driven with escalating commission as the revenue grows. Growth is highly incentivized.
