What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that capture market share and significantly boost revenue.
  • Champion Energy Storage: Lead our innovative battery program, empowering customers to maximize their solar investments and achieve true energy independence.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit and manage a top-tier sales team, taking full ownership of their performance and guiding them to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Forge Influential Partnerships: Cultivate key relationships with customers and industry leaders, expanding your influence and driving results.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay ahead of the competition by identifying golden opportunities that will set us apart as industry leaders.

Who You Are:

  • Proven Sales Leader: 3+ years of experience in sales management, ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and driving significant business growth.
  • Talent Magnet: An innate ability to attract, develop, and inspire top talent within your team.
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
