Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a client in Avilla, IN. This is an entry level sales position in which you will learn the business with a potential for advancement within the sales organization. Apply Today!

Shift and Compensation

  • Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
$60K + Quarterly Bonus

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with our direct customers as assigned under the guidance of the Direct Sales Manager
  • Gain industry through specific training and independent study
  • Understand product offering, our key differentiators and selling strategy
  • Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our customers
  • Work with the Direct Sales Team and other associates to support the sales process
  • Build technical proficiency to provide general and technical support to current and potential customers
  • Develop a technical understanding of our manufacturing capabilities
  • Work with the Direct Sales Manager and Direct Sales Representatives to develop and implement the sales strategy
  • Handle changes from the customer and support internal/external communication required to execute the order change
  • Assist the Direct Sales team in the development of quotes, orders, and projects as requested
  • Travel as needed, less than 20%
Background Profile

1. High School Diploma and minimum 1-year experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service or similar role within manufacturing.
2. 1+ Years’ experience with MS Office, excellent computer skills.
3. Prior experience in a sales environment
