Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within a designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar sales management software
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
