Anytime Fitness - Manager in Training - Champlin/Ham Lake, MN

An exciting position awaits you! We are looking for a highly motivated Manager in Training that has a passion for health and fitness and a desire to inspire others.

This individual will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall club financial performance, sales, leadership and creatively growing a fitness franchise.

Responsibilities Include:

-Membership & Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals for both membership and personal training.

-Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.

-Coaching - Leading 1-3 Small Group Training Sessions per day.

-Service Excellence - Provide members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.

-Leadership – Motivate and lead team members to bring their best every day.

-Community Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.

-Facility Excellence - Ensure that the facility’s equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

Requirements:

Ability to coach small group personal training sessions

Strong communication skills

Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great attitude

Must be coachable

Must be able to instruct others on the Anytime Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals

Career-minded attitude

Ability to work with clients from all walks of life

Succeed in a fast past environment

Hours: Monday - Thursday 11-7, Friday 9-3, Saturday 9-12 (seasonally)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
