Senior Account Manager - School Staffing Division
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts, securing contracts with schools and expanding the client base to position us as an industry leader.
- Oversee division operations, ensuring quality staffing placements, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration across departments.
- Shape and execute the growth strategy for the School-Based Staffing Division, driving market presence and sales success.
- Utilize job boards and online resources to identify open positions within school systems.
- Adapt and innovate by tracking market trends and client needs, continuously refining strategies to meet evolving demands.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence aligned with the company’s vision.
- Cold-calling, sourcing and networking with school systems to present the company's services and assess their needs.
- Scheduling meetings with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the education system with the ability to meet the unique needs of this sector.
- Adept at managing high-pressure environments, with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting KPIs and deadlines.
- Proven expertise in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and securing large contracts.
- Skilled in relationship-building and negotiation, consistently closing deals and maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Awareness of how recruitment and staffing processes work, particularly within education, would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills able to data mine information from the internet.
- Comfortable using job boards, online databases, and other digital resources to identify potential leads.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize leads based on potential value and likelihood of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with school administrators and decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Capable of handling rejection and remaining persistent in following up with potential clients.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals efficiently.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time effectively.
