About us

ChickAdvisor Inc is a marketing technology business that includes ChickAdvisor.com and Butterly.com. We have been working with Tier 1 CPG brands such as L'Oreal, Spin Master Toys and Kenvue (Johnson & Johnson) for over 18 years, as well as smaller emerging brands that are shaking up the industry.

We are a fun, dynamic team of entrepreneurial minded individuals. ChickAdvisor Inc is a majority Women Owned business.

We are currently searching for a full-time Client Success Manager to join our team. We work with large CPG brands as well as smaller direct to consumer ones to help them build and activate owned communities. Butterly communities create high quality UGC and provide valuable consumer research and insights for brands.

This senior level position is ideal for someone with a solid background in digital account management with great organization skills, integrity and a keen eye for details.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years digital account or digital campaign management with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong sense of organization, with strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Thrives in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • A fun, collaborative attitude, motivated for success

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:

· Base salary and bonus, plus full company benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,668.00-$58,505.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • B2B marketing: 3 years (preferred)
