The Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers. From pre-sales to ongoing account management, you'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service. Success in this role can be found through accomplishing the following:
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to maximize the value of our products.
- Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ensuring ongoing success (defined as "when the client achieves their desired result though their relationship with us").
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone and email and accurately document each client interaction in our CRM software (Zoho).
- Identify and address customer concerns, proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that maximize the value they receive from CTS.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success strategies are implemented effectively and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative customer success strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
