Entry Level Sales Account Manager

Are you looking to gain new skills or experience within Professional Sales or Account Management? Our team is looking for a coachable and driven Sales Account Manager Trainee with exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Our sales department is looking for a Trainee who will learn to develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales activities. Our ideal candidate is a team player and aspiring leaser who should have basic knowledge of the sales process and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Ultimately, you’ll join a dynamic team of sales and management professionals who are eager to help you grow into a long lasting career!

Entry Level Sales Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn to Manage and oversee sales accounts and sales representatives to ensure adequate business performance
  • Review sales numbers for assigned accounts, recognize areas for improvement, and develop new strategies to improve sales numbers.
  • Interact with customers when needed and ensure their satisfaction
  • Join training programs and help sales representatives develop and implement new sales techniques and skills for more success

Entry Level Sales Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business management, or related field is preferred but not required
  • At least two years of previous experience in the sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,161.00 - $63,976.00 per year
