Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopper Marketing Account Manager with a strong background in Retail Media Networks (RMNs) and Retailer Agnostic Media Platforms (RAMPs). This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact shopper marketing strategies within key retailer networks, delivering measurable growth for our clients' brands. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to maximize engagement, drive shopper loyalty, and achieve sales objectives across retailer platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing expertise in RMN and RAMP capabilities.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and propose strategies to enhance brand presence and sales within retail platforms.
- Ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, creative, digital) to align on client objectives and deliverables.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development of shopper marketing plans that leverage RMN and RAMP capabilities, aligning campaigns with brand strategies, consumer insights, and shopper behaviors.
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns within retailer ecosystems, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Work closely with retailers to ensure campaign activation aligns with their platform capabilities, and drive high-quality ad placements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize client ROI.
- Create and present detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends, RMN/RAMP innovations, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets, media planning, and performance analytics.
- Engage with retailer partners to understand platform updates, media options, and potential enhancements to campaign impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, digital media, or account management, preferably within the CPG or retail industries.
- Expertise in working with RMNs and RAMPs, with a strong understanding of their advertising products, capabilities, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement, optimization, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- Highly organized, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
