As ABcreative expands our footprint across Nebraska, we are on the lookout for a diligent and self-driven Sales and Business Development Representative (Sales Consultant) to join our team. The product range boasts exclusive offerings in play equipment, safety surfacing, site furnishings, amenities, and park shelters. Your clientele, will comprise of a diverse mix, including municipalities, park and recreation departments, architects, landscape professionals, faith-based institutions, private entities, and developers. Great opportunity for those that have or is currently working in education, parks departments and athletic's.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Spearhead all sales activities within the designated territory including schools K-12, city, county and state parks. (All of Nebraska)
- Drive new business development initiatives.
- Forge and nurture relationships with potential collaborators, with a particular focus on landscape architects.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range and their pricing structures.
- Offer guidance in project design and suggest product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Craft and present compelling project proposals to either individuals or groups.
- Foster seamless communication with the internal Design and Sales Processing departments.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in sales and business development, with a background in construction or engineering sales being a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated prowess in B2B sales scenarios.
- Proven track record of lead generation.
- Capability to initiate cold calls targeting prospective clients and partners.
- Stellar written and oral communication skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Apt presentation skills for varied audiences.
- A knack for relationship cultivation and management.
- Proficiency in deciphering RFQ/RFP, order documentation, and contract stipulations.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Readiness to travel as per business demands.
- Previous experience working with purchasing COOP’s.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
