We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their insurance needs.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify new business opportunities.
- Grow your local network to bring in new cleints and execute our brand recontition strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute effective business development initiatives.
- Utilize are CRM to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in account management or related fields, preferably in insurance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and understand the customer's needs effectively and bind coverage while maintaining positive relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires a property and casualty producers license.
