SeaQuest is looking for a Sales Manager who will enhance the sales team performance by creating a warm, inviting, and world-class environment throughout the facility. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze KPI trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with the team to align sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team..
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and service.
