Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team at DTN Staffing. This individual will utilize prior sales experience within healthcare organizations to market our services and drive new customer acquisitions. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with Facility Administration, while also identifying trends relevant to our clients' business objectives.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field or equivalent experience and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement effective sales strategies to identify and target new customer prospects within the healthcare industry.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Facility Administration to ensure smooth and client satisfaction.
Perform occasional site visits to help foster customer relationships.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals while promoting a positive working environment.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal staff.
Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Prior work experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2-3 years of management experience is preferred.
Experience implementing de-escalation tactics and strategies to defuse challenging situations and resolve conflicts peacefully and professionally.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and possess high organizational skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required, with CRM software experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and collaborative spirit are a must.

Willingness to travel occasionally, including out-of-area and overnight trips, as needed.

Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $150,000+ per year (Salary + Commission + Bonuses).
